Adopting Class I SPD to combine "1+1" circuit for protecting low voltage equipment from surge damages. It is applied in TT system and produced according to IEC61643-11/GB18802.11 standard. FLYBOAT SPD is:
1. Green light indicates normal and red light indicates fault for operation;
2. Built-in circuit breaker and thermal disconnection device, the thermal disconnection device will cut off the SPD from the power line when fault occurs.
3. Impulse counter function records the lightning events.
4. External wiring terminal, easy for wiring and suitable for indoor application.
The P100K385-53 is an extreme duty Type 1+2 designed to protect the entrance of the electrical installation. They are used to protect biphase, 3-phase or 3-phase + neutral networks in common mode or in common and differential mode. The 'Multi-Varistor' technology used allows the best possible behavior for the LV network (no follow-on current). The P100K385-53 is mounted on a DIN Rail and has a double connection for the active conductor, which allows an optimized connection to the network.

Use and maintenance
In the normal use of this surge protector, especially during the thunderstorm season, the grounding system of the surge protector should be checked in time to keep it in good grounding condition, otherwise the protection effect of the surge protector will be affected to varying degrees. When the grounding wire PE is open, the surge protector will be disabled.
Installation
1. This power module surge protector can be combined according to different requirements and applied to single-phase and three-phase TT/TN/IT power supply systems to meet the protection requirements of different power systems. When installing on the 35mm rail, the Kevin is preferred. Wiring method can also be used as follows.
2. The surge protector should be installed after the fuse of the power supply line. The capacity of the fuse should not exceed 315A GL/gG. If this value is exceeded, a 315A GL/gG fuse should be added to the surge protection branch.
3. According to the logo of the protector, the wiring connection shall be as follows: the insulated copper wire with a cross-sectional area of not less than 10mm2 and the withstand voltage not lower than 500v AC, the length of the Boxian length of 13-15mm shall be as short as possible and not more than 0.5m. Meet the requirements of relevant standards.
